XEROX INDIA LTD : We are the authorized Sales & Service providers for Xerox India Limited from 1994 onwards, for their entire range of Photocopiers, MFDs, Printers and Consumables with coverage of entire Andhra Pradesh and Telangana. We have around 1500 installed machines in and around Vijayawada and it is our pride and pleasure to be associated with our customers over years together. Today most of our business comes through existing customers only.
We have centrally located Service Center at VIJAYAWADA with well-equipped Spares and Consumables inventory with 20 employees. We are covering all the Districts service activities with 9 Resident Service Engineers and monitored by a Service Manager from Vijayawada. Similarly we are covering the Sales activities also. We have a 90% satisfactory customer base particularly on Govt. departments, Educational Institutions,Standard commercials and Jobbers. Right from the sales of the product, consumables to the service of the products all are available under one roof. We will strictly follow the service standards given by company like Response Time, Preventive Maintenance and Operators Training etc. We got best dealer awards for so many times.
One of the big achievements for us, we have installed Xerox World class product CP1000i two machines each cost of INR 1.25 Crores at Vijayawada and one at Khammam.
RISO INDIA LIMITED: We are the Sales & Service partner for Riso India Limited for their entire range of Digital Duplicators, Consumables for the districts of Andhra Pradesh and Telangana. We have installed 400 machines in a span of 10 Years and first time we have installed a Two Color Riso Digital Duplicators (Mini OFFSET Machine) in Jobber Market in India after that Riso India stated selling this product in Jobber segment. We have sold first Production Ink jet printer at Guntur , this is the first machine in AP and Telangana. We are using the existing Xerox operational setup for this business also. We qualified for best dealer awards continuously for the last ten years.
EPSON INDIA PVT LTD: We are authorized partner for Epson from last 3 years. KYOCERA DOCUMENT SOLUTIONS INDIA PVT LTD : We are authorized sales and service partner from last 1 year.
